Roxie is waiting, patiently, for you to call. She is the most loving and lovable Yorkie girl you could meet. Just 6 lbs and only 4 years old, she is the very picture of a gorgeous Yorkie. Everyone wants a young Yorkie girl and she is the perfect 'teacup' that everyone is looking for. Smaller than the standard, she is a special girl. The reason she is still with us is because she has diabetes. That is NOT a big deal. Yes she needs shots twice a day - two tiny little shots that are no big deal to her. If YOU are diabetic, YOU know that it is not a major thing. Come on you diabetics, I know you are out there. I need you to step up and give Roxie a home where she can share your love and your understanding of diabetes. Roxie is spayed and up to date on her shots. She is healthy and ready to come home. She can't stay where she is, no one is there to give her their time. The cold weather is just around the corner. Don't you need a little snuggler to keep you warm this winter??
Special Needs: Diabetic Save A Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) qualified non-profit organization operating on donations from Yorkie lovers who care. Please help by donating your tax deductible donations. OR mail your check or money order to YOUR generosity is appreciated! Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult. ADOPTION AREA Save A Yorkie Rescue prefers to adopt only in the PA, NJ, western NY, DE, MD, VA, some CT area's. If you are in the NYC area or near Long Island, there is a Yorkie Rescue closer to you. |
