Sasha was adopted 7/23/05 by Bridget of Bear, Delaware.Did you see that?! That little streaker is our Sasha and boy is he ready to go! He has been quiet so long waiting for his leg to heal he just can't sit still a minute longer. He is the sweetest little 1 year old YorkiePoo. A lovable, playful little guy, he gets along with other dogs just fine. He was hit by a car and had a broken leg which went unattended for a week before he came to us. Sasha had his leg pinned and is now fully recovered. Sasha is a young boy and now that his leg has healed, it is as good as new! SaSha just wants to run and play so a fenced in yard is needed. If you think you are the perfect home for this little boy, fill out an application today at www.saveayorkierescue.org or call SaSha's foster mom for more info!ShaSha's adoption donation is $250. Yorkies do not get along well with small children. 2. Yorkies are nearly impossible to housebreak. 3. You will NOT find a puppy in Yorkie Rescue and we consider a dog up to 3 years old to be a puppy. 4. It is rare for us to get a FEMALE into rescue. 5. There is no such thing as a tea cup Yorkie so don't be misled by such a description. 6. Senior Citizens get preferred treatment. LEARN about the breed BEFORE you adopt. Steps to adopt a Yorkie from Save A Yorkie Rescue:1. Go to: www.SaveAYorkieRescue.org 2. More about SashaIs Not Good with Kids Save A Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) qualified non-profit organization operating on donations from Yorkie lovers who care. Please help by donating your tax deductible donations. OR mail your check or money order to YOUR generosity is appreciated! Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult. ADOPTION AREA Save A Yorkie Rescue prefers to adopt only in the PA, NJ, western NY, DE, MD, VA, some CT area's. If you are in the NYC area or near Long Island, there is a Yorkie Rescue closer to you. |
