ShyAnn is being adopted by Lesley Houser. ShyAnn has come through her surgery! SHY ANN woke up and asked for something to eat! She not only had livershunt surgery, she had bladder stones removed AND was spayed. No wonder she is so sore and tender that when the surgeon stopped to check on her - she nipped him! The surgery will cost thousands. Shy Ann is our first liver shunt baby. PLEASE - If you can send just a few dollars to help pay for her operation, please hit the paypal button and make a donation. She is only 18 months old and she has been so sick. It would be a gift to a wonderful little girl! She needs to gain lots of weight. She is up to date on all vaccinations but will have to be spayed once the vet says she is able. She is so beautiful! She is used to sleeping with someone and being held all day. She cries when you put her down. She is a little love bug. Shy Ann comes from an older lady who had to go back to work to make ends meet. She started to lose weight when the lady went to work 3 months ago but they didn't know what was wrong with her. As she became sicker and kept dropping weight, they knew they couldn't help her and came to us. How could we turn her away? We couldn't but now, we need your help. Yorkies are very difficult (nearly impossible) to housebreak. 3. You will NOT find a puppy in Yorkie Rescue. 4. It is rare for us to get a FEMALE into rescue. 5. We do not adopt to anyone over the age of 75. 6. There is no such thing as a tea cup Yorkie so don't be misled by such a description. LEARN about the breed BEFORE you adopt. Adoption donations range from $150-$450 depending on the health, age and size of the dog. ALL money goes to pay the vet bills of our dogs - the younger, healthier ones pay for the old and sick. We prefer homes in the PA and NJ areas but do consider homes in the nearby surrounding states.
