Tulipp is available for adoption. MEET TULIP and she is as sweet as her name. This wee little lady is new to Save a Yorkie Rescue and we are still getting to know her likes and dislikes but from what we have gathered over the last few days, she is sweet and loving, good with other dogs and is definitely a lap pup. After the first few days, she is sleeping through the night and eating well. It was noted in her report from the shelter at she is underweight and it shows by her great appetite. She eats well. We will be working on her house training over the next few months. We are still learning so many things about her like if she likes to walk on leash and basic commands, but we do know she will require a fenced yard and other dogs in the home she can learn from. We will feed and nurture her to see her blossom into the best pup she can be over the next few weeks.
Tulipp is staying with Donna, Jim and their babies in Brick, NJ. More about A TulippGood with Dogs, Requires a yard Save A Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) qualified non-profit organization operating on donations from Yorkie lovers who care. Please help by donating your tax deductible donations. OR mail your check or money order to YOUR generosity is appreciated! Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult. ADOPTION AREA Save A Yorkie Rescue prefers to adopt only in the PA, NJ, western NY, DE, MD, VA, some CT area's. If you are in the NYC area or near Long Island, there is a Yorkie Rescue closer to you. |
