Yoko It happened all too quickly for us! Yoko has found her forever home with a wonderful loving family! Boo hoo and yipeeeeee! Yoko is the sweetest little girl weâve ever known. Tom and Fran are now the luckiest couple in the world. Yoko needs a few days to decompress, but then sheâll be their number one family member. She was very timid at her meet and greet, but we know her affectionate side will shine through very quickly. We have no doubt that her forever home will soon be filled with a never-stopping, wildly wagging tail and toy squeaks throughout the day and night! Much happiness to Tom, Fran and Yoko! Congratulations Yoko!!!
Lil Mac Foster fail alert! Mac was placed with us temporarily until his transport could be arranged to his foster family. He didnâÂÂt make it. He decided to work his way into our hearts and lives instead of continuing his journey elsewhere. He is an absolute love bug. He canâÂÂt get enough of being by our side 24 hours a day. We adore this little guy and he fits in so well with the family of pups that we have here. Being greedy and selfish we decided to keep him for ourselves. Very sorry for your loss, prospective adopters, but youâÂÂll have to wait until the next perfect pup comes your way. Which shouldnâÂÂt be too long because theyâÂÂre ALL perfect! CONGRATULATIONS LIL MAC!!!
Handsome Prince It is with great pleasure that we can say The Handsome Prince has been adopted by the most wonderful, loving woman, and has moved to New Jersey with his new adoptive mom! Prince has been a joy to have for the past 4 months. He adjusted quickly to our home in Connecticut after arriving from Philly by private plane (thanks to Brian from Pilots 'N Paws). During his time with us he claimed some favorite comfy spots, played vigorously with Vittoria and Luca and gave the doggy toys a real workout...a few of which needed surgery! He absolutely LOVES to meet new people so we are sure he will make many new friends in his forever hometown. This little guy was very hard to give up. We got very close to being a Foster Fail Family this time, but we know that Prince's adoption makes room for another precious Yorkie to have a chance at a new life. Congratulations Handsome Prince!!!
Abigale We were expecting winter weather that day, so Margie came bright and early. Abby seemed to remember her from the meet and greet and video chat and was happy to see Margie again. They played on the floor for a bit then Abby and Margie sat for a picture. Abby stayed close by while we filled out the adoption agreement sniffing Margieâs legs. Margie assured me she will send lots of updates and pictures and she has. Abby is coming out of her shell and becoming more confident. She is exploring her new home and even showing her playful side. This is a big change from my shy submissive, fearful little foster girl and I couldnât be more happy for her and her new forever family. Although I will miss her, I am confident and grateful that Abby will be living her best life from now on! Congratulations Abigale!!!
Tizz When Tizz was brought into the emergency room to be euthanized, I couldnât turn my back on him. As a veterinary student, I knew he deserved a second chance, so I reached out to Save a Yorkie Rescue, who graciously took him in as I fostered him. They covered his neurologic consult, neuter, dental, vaccines, and bloodwork, ensuring he received the care he needed. At first, we thought we were just helping him heal before finding his forever homeâbut Tizz had other plans. He quickly made himself comfortable in our home and hearts, bonding effortlessly with our 14-year-old Yorkie, Bella. It didnât take long for us to realize that he had already found his forever family with us. After everything he had been through, seeing him grow, trust, and find joy again was truly special. Tizz may have had a rough start, but he has been a blessing in our lives, and we canât imagine our family without him. Congratulations Tizz!!! Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
