Quincie The meet and greet took place for Quincie, and it took a while for him to warm up to his forever parents. Once he did, it went very well. When they came back, he was so excited to see them.. It was hard saying goodbye but at the same time I am so very happy for him.. He is a great little guy with a huge personality all his own. I am sure that he is going to be very happy with his new parents. Congratulations Quincie!!!
Harlee Our family decided to adopt Harley after only having him for two weeks. He just fit into our family perfectly! HeÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs so gentle and loving. He and Layla, (who we fostered and adopted back in October of 2018) get along very well. Layla is younger at 1-1/2 and Harley is almost 8 years old, but heÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs keeping up with her energy. In the short amount of time Harley has been with us, he and Layla have become friends! He enjoys being outside and taking walks. He loves to lay in the sunshine whether it be on our sonÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs bed or at the front door. He likes to sit on your lap and be scratched. He loves turkey and deer bacon! So far he has not shown an interested in toys or bully sticks, but we catch him watching Layla with hers, so maybe in time he will give them both a try. Just recently he decided to take one of LaylaÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂs favorite toys, her Woodstock and hide it on her. He walked the entire house, with Layla close behind, looking for a spot until he found one. We are grateful to have Layla and Harley in our family! Congratulations Harlee!!!
Layla We are grateful to have Layla and Harley in our family! Congratulations Layla!!! (Layla is on the left with Beth.)
Lamar Lamar is the newest edition to the family. He and Ziggy get along famously and go for walks together all the time. They are both head turners. Lamar though does love to aggressively pull on his leash, ziggyâs leash... he is like Moses trying to free his people. Forever a ladies man, Lamar is so attached! Congratulations Lamar!
Penelopeep Congratulations to Tracy and Lance on the adoption of out sweet Penelopeep. After several minutes of talking to Tracy about our practices at SAY, I could tell she was very anxious to meet our girl. Penny was not shy at this meeting. Her real personality came shining through and she was jumping and licking them all over. Tracy laughed and said this is exactly the type of dog she wanted; one that she can play with but cuddle with as well. So on to the next steps--- sign the contract, pack Penelopeepâs SAY bag and say goodbye, without anyone noticing the tears in your eyes. Penny will have a very happy Easter in her Forever Home with Tracy and Lance. Congratulations Penelopeep!!! Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
