Gunner Lee Anne and Steve were in love with Gunner and did not want to look any further for a forever home for him because he was already there! Another wonderful foster failure! Congratulations Gunner, you are a very lucky boy!!!
Paisley Paisley was adopted by Charlotte and Robert. Paisley immediately took to Robert. While Charlotte and I talked, she played with their two dogs. I believe she will be well taken care of with them, they love their dogs. Charlotte will be getting her enrolled in puppy classes soon. Nick and I were sad to see her go but take comfort in the fact that she will be spoiled and have 2 buddies to play with. Congratulations Paisley you are a very lucky girl!
Zoey Zinger Maria and her teenage son, Dominik, welcomed Zoe (a.k.a. Zoey Zinger) into their family. Their young Yorkie-poo, Remi, seemed to be missing something. He was totally enjoying all the other dogs in his training class and seemed somehow lonely when he came home after class. Maria felt he needed a playmate at home. And so, Zoe joined the family. Remi and Zoe hit it off as he proudly showed her around her new home. They have great fun together! Zoe still hasn't totally figured out where she's supposed to pee. But Maria and Remi are working on that! Congratulations Zoey Zinger you are a very lucky girl!!!
Sweet Izzy Pat and Bob recently fostered a little Yorkie by the name of Sweet Izzy. She had been with her former owners for 8 years and unfortunately had not received any vet care in that time. When they picked her up she just jumped in Pat's lap and fell asleep all the way home. She was very thin and had a horrendous odor coming from her mouth, telling us her teeth were very bad. Very quickly Pat and Bob discovered what a real gem she was. She was totally house trained, and knew all her commands. She got along well with their dogs and cat. Bob fell in love with her instantly! Pat tried to hold back because after all, her job was to adopt her out. That didn't last long, she became a part of their family almost instantly. They felt very lucky to be able to adopt her. She had all her vet needs taken care of by SAY and now they are the proud (and very happy) owners of Izzy or Isabella as they sometimes call her. They thank Save a Yorkie Rescue for their new treasure! Congratulations Sweet Izzy, you are a very lucky girl!!!
Mozart Marian, Andre and Logan drove four hours to come and meet Mozart. It was love at first sight for Mozart and them. He jumped up on Marian and Andre's lap too. Rolled over for belly rubs and was all around happy and comfortable with the whole family right away! I knew immediately this was the family for him! He will enjoy a great life with Marian and her family. Congratulations Mozart, you are a very lucky boy!!! Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
