Chewee

Chewie is adopted! They are wonderful people. He is going to have a wonderful life, full of walks, playtime and love. I think he knew something was happening today. He kept licking Pebbles mouth rather than antagonizing her. And she let him. I miss him... Congratulations Chewee!!!

Tidbit Two

Maritza and Mick have welcomed Tidbit Two into their home. This is the second time this family has supported SAYR by adopting. They hail from Tinton Falls, New Jersey and were looking to add some “furbaby love” to their lives once again. When Maritza saw Tidbit on-line, she immediately knew he was her one and only…the perfect dog for her and her hubby. They both look forward to a lifetime of adventures with Tidbit. Congratulations Tidbit Two!!!

CJ

Kathy and Sharon were so excited to meet CJ and he was certainly welcoming and excited to meet them too. He happily greeted them showing off his toy and performing all his little antics. There were lots of kisses to go around…there wasn’t a spot on either of their faces that went untouched! While we talked and talked and signed all the papers, CJ, comfortably, had fallen asleep in Sharon’s arms. CJ’s wonderful, happy new life began today with his warm, loving new family. Kathy and Sharon’s home is already a minefield of toys and CJ is happily chewing on every one of them! Best wishes to his new Moms and thank you for spoiling our little CJ and for giving him his very happily ever after. Live long, live healthy, live happy CJ!

Finnie

Finnie was adopted this morning. Nadine and Gregg drove 9 hours yesterday through torrential downpours and an accident that had them stuck on I-80 for an extra 2 hours. But nothing was going to stop them from getting their precious Finnie Boy! They stayed overnight at a local hotel last night and came for the meet and greet this morning. It was love at first sight for the three of them. Finnie immediately flipped onto his back for belly rubs and was so excited to meet them. He hopped right up onto the couch with Gregg for lots of cuddles and love. When it was time to say goodbye he jumped right in the car. Hopefully, the drive home is much smoother. Congratulations Finnie!!!

Jase

Jase met Linda and John Todaro today and they all fell in love. We had a lovely breakfast of fruit, bagels and muffins. Jase was the star. Linda and John got lots of kisses. They are educated in his medical needs and likes. He curled right in Linda’s lap for the ride back. We will miss him, he was a joy to have as a foster. You will always have a piece of my heart. Congratulations on going to your forever home Jase!!!
