Archey Linda and I are so excited to add to our pack with Archey. He is the perfect little Yorkie. He loves Linda and wants to be anywhere she is. And he loves our hikes in the woods and fields with my black lab, Kelsey. No matter what the situation, he fits in perfectly. Having lost so many dogs this summer to illness and old age, he is the perfect addition to fill the holes in our hearts and in our pack. We welcome Archey to our forever home and family! Congratulations Archey!!!
Ana Elsa and Ana are spunky bonded pair of sweet little girls. They kept me on my toes while I fostered them. The loved all the attention I could give them! When I read Zoe Ann and Tracy's application and notes, I thought they would be a great match for these girls. Both retired, they have a lot of time and energy to dedicate to the girls. After speaking with them on the phone, it was time to set up a meet and greet! As I suspected the fit is perfect!! Zoe Ann and Tracy just fell in love with the girls, and the girls reciprocated! It's a match made in New Jersey!! Zoe Ann has sent me pictures of the girls in their new home, and they seem to be so happy and well. Another Save A Yorkie adoption story that warms the heart and brings a smile to your face. Congratulations Ana!!!
Andie Andie is doing great in his new home! He is going on nice walks and meeting new friends all over the neighborhood! People say how lucky his new family is, and canât believe anyone would give him up! He has adjusted perfectly and is a huge success story. Congratulations Andie!!!
Arlo Arlo was so excited! He kept running back and forth between the Drescherâs. When our dogs wanted some attention from them , Arlo pushed himself in front of the pack, as if sayingâ they are mineâ . I will be follow up up them tomorrow and we are planning a play date with Arlo at the end of next week at the Drescherâs home. When it was time to go, we walked him outside and he jumped into their back seat and into his doggie car seat! Congratulations Arlo!!!
Averee There were so many inquiries for Averee. One couple, Becky and Mike, showed great interest. When I emailed them to say her pending adoption with a pre-approved couple fell through, they called me immediately. They said they felt like they just won the lottery! Yes, they were still interested, and yes, they wanted her! Could they come get her now? The meet and greet was set for a couple days later after Averee had her dental and recovery time. They started shopping for a new harness and what not. The day finally came and it was love at first sight for all. Averee never stopped wagging her tail and was just as excited as they were. A neighborhood walk, photos, adoption agreement signed, instructions given... all happened so quickly. They were so excited for Averee to go to her new home and begin her new journey. She gave me a kiss goodbye as a tear rolled down my face. I knew she would be loved and spoiled with her new family, so it was mostly happy tears, even though I knew I'd miss that sweet, happy girl. We are now Facebook friends and talked again today. Averee made herself comfortable in her new home right away, after a visit with "grandma", who gave her a favorite snack of carrots. After following Mom around everywhere, she napped on Dad's desk while he worked. They absolutely adore her and would like to rename her "Pippa". Happy ending for all! Congratulations Avery!!!
